Hello everyone, we will be training over the summer! We have SPAC reserved 6:45-8:45pm MWF. However, we likely only hold practice twice a week. Also, we will be training wepons outside on suitable occasions. Keep an eye on your e-mail for the weekly schedule.
We will be having a special seminar next week. Murray Sensei from Shinjinkai will be joining us to co-teach with Bina Sensei on Wednesday(4/18) and Friday(4/20) during our usual class times. Class will focus on two very important aspects of training, Ukemi (falling) and Taisabaki (body movement).
