We will be having a special seminar next week. Murray Sensei from Shinjinkai will be joining us to co-teach with Bina Sensei on Wednesday(4/18) and Friday(4/20) during our usual class times. Class will focus on two very important aspects of training, Ukemi (falling) and Taisabaki (body movement).
